Frances Hewison is a post-op and injury rehabilitation specialist, based in Devon, with over 30 years experience in the sports therapy and fitness industry. Over the last 15 years, she has developed unique progressive rehabilitation techniques, which focus on strength, stability, alignment, and flexibility. Frances is fully insured and a Senior Associate Member of The Royal Society of Medicine.

 Individual and tailor-made exercise programmes are designed to enable the patient to take control of their own rehabilitation, and return to activity following surgery or injury. The programmes can include:

• Prehabilitation - a programme to prepare for or postpone various types of surgery
• Post hip surgery rehabilitation, including replacements and arthroscopies
• Post knee surgery rehabilitation, including meniscal repair, cruciate ligament repair, knee replacements and other arthroscopies
